1. Data controller

2. What data we process
- Contact: first name, surname, email and phone.
- Vehicle: bike model and plate.
- Booking and payment: dates, spot type, amount and payment reference (the full card number is not stored).
Parking is a vehicle-storage service: we do not ask for an ID document, driving licence or copies/scans of any document (data minimisation).
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Managing the parking service — performance of the contract (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
- Tax obligations (service invoice) — legal obligation (art. 6.1.c).
- Marketing communications, only with your consent — art. 6.1.a.
4. How long we keep it
- Parking booking data: for the duration of the service and the time needed to handle any related liabilities.
- Tax data and invoices: the period required by tax law.
- Payment data: deleted once the charge and the claims period are complete.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We only share it when necessary with the payment gateway (Stripe) and the tax authorities when the law requires, as data processors with the required guarantees.
6. Your rights
You may exercise access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to bookings@rodascooters.com. If you get no response, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
We apply technical and organisational measures (restricted, authenticated access, encryption in transit, no storage of card numbers). In the event of a high-risk breach, we notify within 72 hours (art. 33 GDPR).
