On drop-off we document the state of your bike together, and send you photos whenever you ask.

Frequently asked questions

Can I access my bike during storage?

Yes. Just message us 48 hours ahead and we'll have it ready. Taking it out for a weekend and bringing it back is no problem.

Do you store big motorbikes too?

Yes: scooters, 125s and full-size motorbikes. Tell us the model on WhatsApp so we reserve the right amount of space.

Does my bike need insurance while stored?

Yes. The bike stays registered in your name and must keep its compulsory insurance in force for the whole stay: it is a requirement of our terms of service.

Can you pick my bike up?

Yes, we offer pick-up and return in the Alicante area for an extra fee depending on distance. Ask us on WhatsApp.

Do you also do maintenance or repairs?

Yes, we're a workshop. Any mechanical service (servicing, new battery, tyres, tune-up) is agreed privately on WhatsApp, with a fixed quote before we touch the bike.

Can I drop off or pick up the bike outside opening hours?

Yes. When you book online you choose the drop-off and pick-up times; outside opening hours (Sundays included) there is a €30 surcharge per drop-off and/or pick-up.
