Parking terms of service

1. Purpose
These terms govern the day-based storage and custody of motorcycles and scooters provided by Jose Ignacio Muñoz Delgado, tax ID 48628752J, registered at Av. Hospital, 10, 03550 Sant Joan d'Alacant, Alicante (“RODA”), in a covered indoor spot. This is not a rental or transport contract. Making a booking implies acceptance of these terms.
2. Booking and confirmation
The booking is firm once payment is completed and RODA confirms it. Drop-off and pick-up take place in person at RODA's premises, with 48 hours' notice, during opening hours (9:00–20:00).
3. Prices and payment
- The price is charged per day, in tiers (the longer the stay, the lower the daily rate) and includes VAT (21%). Current rates are shown on the website when booking.
- The full amount for the booked period is paid at booking time by card (secure gateway). The full card number is not stored.
- The wash service is optional and added to the total if requested.
- This service has no deposit.
4. Access, drop-off and pick-up
To drop off or pick up the bike —or to take it out briefly during the stay— 48 hours' notice is required. The customer must leave a key so the vehicle can be moved within the compound if needed. We recommend not leaving valuables or documents on the bike.
5. Customer obligations
- The vehicle must be road-legal: valid documentation, roadworthiness test where applicable and compulsory insurance in force throughout the stay.
- Declare the model and plate correctly when booking.
- Do not store dangerous, flammable or illegal items on the bike or in its cases.
- Collect the vehicle on the agreed check-out date or request an extension.
6. Custody, insurance and liability
RODA keeps the vehicle with due diligence in a covered, guarded compound. Storage is not insurance: the vehicle's own insurance (compulsory and, if any, comprehensive) remains the customer's. RODA's liability is limited to damage caused by its wilful misconduct or gross negligence in custody and, where applicable, up to the limit of its liability policy; pre-existing damage, damage arising from the vehicle's own condition, loss of value and items left on the bike are excluded. (Coverage scope and limits to be confirmed with the insurer and adviser.)
7. Duration and extension
If the vehicle remains beyond the check-out date without an agreed extension, the additional days will be charged at the current rate. Extensions are requested by WhatsApp or email and are subject to spot availability.
8. Cancellations
Cancelling more than 24 h before the start of the stay: full refund. With less than 24 h or a no-show: no refund. As this is a service with a set date, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.l TRLGDCU).
